We learn your trade, service area, preferred work and exclusions. We read the available sources, test fit and published disqualifiers, then recommend Pursue, Watch or Pass with a reason. Ongoing coverage and deeper investigations are scoped and priced separately.

We use identifiable agency notices, solicitation documents, planning and permit records, and published project information. A live Relay includes source links and a review date.

Compare the work with your business
We assess scope and geography against your profile, then review published requirements and timing. Your team’s final capacity and commercial judgment remain part of the decision.
03 / Uncertainty
Label what remains unverified
An open bid and an early project signal are different things. Unverified trade availability, unclear requirements and missing information are stated directly.
04 / Decision
Recommend pursue, watch or pass
We explain the recommendation and its limits. A targeted deeper investigation can be agreed separately for a consequential unknown. The contractor remains responsible for its own capacity, final bid and current-source checks.
