ContractRelay uses the details you submit to assess your business’s fit for the service and respond to your request. Questions or data requests can be sent to matt@getcontractrelay.com.
Information we collect
The preview form asks for your company, work email, services, territory and market preference. Your name is optional. We also record a request reference, submission time and processing status. Please do not submit confidential bid material or sensitive personal information through this form.
How we use it
We use your information to review coverage, prepare a response, and discuss the service you requested. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a subscription or add you to an unrelated marketing newsletter. We do not sell your form submissions.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the request desk is restricted to the designated ContractRelay administrator. Hosting providers process data needed to operate the site. If we correspond by email, that conversation is also held by our email provider.
Security and site operation
We use encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, validation and request limits. Technical information such as IP addresses may be processed by our hosting provider. The application uses a one-way network identifier for short-term abuse prevention rather than storing raw IP addresses in request records. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not use advertising trackers or a third-party marketing analytics script. Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies. Basic technical logs may be generated to operate and secure the website.
Retention and your choices
We keep request information while reviewing your inquiry and maintaining the resulting business relationship. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing Matt. We will verify the request where needed and explain if any information must be retained for an applicable obligation.
Changes
We will update this page when the site’s data practices change. Any materially different use of information will be explained before it is introduced.
